You need to show progression from a basic design to the finished product in 4 or 5 steps. These are called drafts. You can do this on word but I recommend you do it in publisher.
DRAFT 1
As you can see this is pretty basic and its been annotated to show what needs to be done on the next draft.
DRAFT 2
There is more detail here. Again look how it's been annotated showing the next things to be done.
DRAFT 3
Notice how tables have been put in to format the leaflet. Also some headings have a different orientation.
DRAFT 4
On this draft the screenshot of the database you created has been added.
This leads us to the final version which can be done in colour!
